Photography Classes Atlanta

Photography Classes Atlanta

I rarely buy groupons, but when I do it's almost always for facials. I haven't had one of those in a while, but I did jump at the chance to take a photography class on a deep discount. And when I saw that the location of the class was Atlanta Botanical Gardens, I couldn't press "purchase" quickly enough. I selected the class 3 months in advance, but boy was it worth the wait! Our instructor, Gene, was quirky and knowledgeable. (He's also from Greenville, my favorite city!) We learned the basics:  ISO, Aperture, White BalanceI am happy to say I can control my camera in manual mode now. The lighting in the photos above, or the focus and blur in the photos below is fun to mess with. It's going to take a lot of practice, but I'm excited to finally have a basic knowledge to build on. Plus, taking a photography class was an item on my 101 List! Put a big fat check mark on that one!!.
