El Patio, Falcon was a gas grill that was manufactured in Texas. The
Falcon gained its reputation from its V-grooved, cast iron cooking grids
and solid, oval-shaped cast iron burner. The two most popular
models were the Mark V (Roman numeral five) and the Mark IV (Roman numeral
four). The Mark Five was larger than the Mark Four. There was also a
Model 3000. In later years, Falcon was purchased by Arkla. For the
most part, the name was retained and the size of the grills continued to
